Good product, shipping was slow
I bought an Industrial IoT Gateway from HashTagiot a few weeks ago. The gateway itself seems like a solid piece of hardware and was exactly what I needed for my project. The price was competitive, which was a big plus. However, the shipping took longer than I expected. It took about 9 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience, but they could improve on their delivery speed.
